Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take shelter. .Excessive Rainfall...Ponding of water in roads and poorly drained areas across the islands. Urban and small streams flooding is possible. .Excessive Heat...Heat index 108-111 degrees across much St. Croix. Heat exhaustion likely with prolonged exposure. Heat stroke possible. The rest of the coastal areas,the risk will remain limited with heat indices in the 102-107 Fahrenheit degrees. Heat exhaustion likely with prolonged exposure.
